When will letters be mailed?
Letters are mailed on the last day of each month.
For example, the April 2026 letter will be mailed on April 30th, 2026.
I prepare each envelope with care throughout the month, and they all head out together at month’s end.
When can I expect delivery?
Delivery times vary depending on where you live:
- Within the U.S.: usually 3–10 days
- Everywhere else: 2–6 weeks

Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Yes — you’re welcome to cancel or pause anytime.
There’s no minimum commitment, and I want the subscription to fit comfortably into your life.
If you choose to cancel, you won’t be charged again after the day you cancel.
If your monthly payment has already processed, you’ll still receive that month’s letter (it will already be prepared and on its way), and the cancellation will take effect the following month.
If you’d prefer to pause instead, you can take a break for a month or two and resume whenever you’re ready — no need to start over.
Do you offer refunds?
I don’t offer refunds on mailed letters, but I’m always happy to help if something goes wrong
